Cookie Policy


The website and the Serwico System use cookies. Cookies are small text files saved by the web browser, used to store specific settings and data for exchange with the System’s web server.

Acceptance of cookies is not necessary to use the aforementioned websites; however, their absence may limit their functionalities. Website visitors can configure their browser settings accordingly, so that cookies are saved only with the user’s consent.
DMSI uses cookies:

  • essential – used for technical purposes;
  • marketing – used for marketing and analytical purposes.

On the Safestar system website and in DMSI Software mobile applications, only essential cookies are used. The System uses cookies solely to store information about the session of the user logged into the System, specifically: the IP address of the device used by the user; the type and version of the operating system and web browser.

The marketing cookies used on the DMSI website may originate from DMSI Software or from DMSI’s marketing partners. Marketing cookies contain identifiers and record device data and access data to track how the user uses the website. Based on cookies and other pseudonymized data, DMSI or its marketing partners strive to personalize advertising to the individual interests of website users (so-called Retargeting). Retargeting enables DMSI to present advertisements to potentially interested recipients, as well as to measure the effectiveness and reach of advertising measures.

The administrator of data obtained through cookies is DMSI Software sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw (02-699), at ul. Kłobucka 23 c lok. 119, NIP: 7952492770, REGON: 180529910, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division in Warsaw, under KRS number 0000539147.

Data obtained through cookies are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e., processing is necessary for the purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, and on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – in the case of persons using the System under a contract.

The user may at any time disable the processing of their data based on cookies by making appropriate changes in their web browser settings. However, DMSI reserves that rejecting cookies may lead to incorrect operation of the System and websites or their selected functions.
