How can I start using the system?
Click “Register” and create a free account – and you can start using the system immediately.
What payment methods are available?
Choose a monthly subscription or save by selecting an annual plan. We process secure payments using debit and credit cards.
How are fees calculated?
We bill on a monthly basis (in advance), and the subscription amount depends solely on the number of active users in your team.
Can I change my plan after selecting it?
Upgrading to a higher plan is possible at any time during the subscription period. The account administrator simply needs to go to Administration → Payments.
How can I change the number of users in my plan?
Your subscription depends on the number of active employee accounts. Manage access and invite new users easily in the section: Administration → Users.
Are accounts for my customers paid?
Accounts created for your customers are completely free and do not affect your fees.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time without unnecessary formalities. The account administrator can deactivate it with one button in the section: Administration → Payments → Summary.
Is a single-user license the same as a single-seat license?
Yes, with the distinction that we do not tie you to a specific workstation. Serwico is a mobile system – a single license allows a specific user to log in from any computer in the office, a laptop at home, and via the mobile application in the field.
Do I receive updates with the price?
Yes. Serwico is a constantly developed and updated program to provide you with the latest features and ensure data security. All new versions are included in your subscription at no additional cost.
