With the mobile application for Service Technicians, there is no need to print paper schedules, work orders or protocols. Service technicians receive notifications of new orders in the app and by email. They have access to the list of orders to which they are assigned and the schedule of service visits. For each order, it is possible to enter its completion time, travel time, distance and current service technicians in the application.

Coordinators in Serwico can manage orders, assign service technicians to them, and schedule visits. Thanks to the integration, you do not have to duplicate client data in multiple systems. You set up the object in Safestar, and you can interact with it in both systems!
